Tuesday, January 5th, 2010

A snow-capped birch that grows beside the way out to Händelöp.

Now my camera for repair. Depth of field preview button sometimes gets stuck in the depressed position, which prevents imaging. About 4 weeks without a camera!

Not a pretty Gran filled with pine needles falling to Christmas, but an outcast and lövlös birch in its winter robe awaiting its heyday during the spring and summer.

Snow and wind are a good combination! The wind can create really interesting creations of the snow. Below we see a snowy landscape at Kulbacken in Västervik . The picture was taken with a 50mm lens which says that there is a close-up, and rarely a snowy landscape that can be seen in northern Sweden, among the mountains . It creates the deep shadows are spotlights which highlight Unos tower .

Rätöbrygga are two bridges located in Kuggviken the north country , about 1 mil north of Västervik . During the summer months are the piers full of boats that are anchored. In winter it is the opposite, completely empty. Well, some let their boats lie in and damaged by the cold and ice.

Below we see a bridge that was empty from the boats. The only thing that existed at that rime , ostbila, wooden pier where these plants in the center of the image, and possibly me as the cold took its grip on.
